The second part of the evening was dedicated to the mystical celebration of Ivan Kupala, which is celebrated at the shortest night of the year. Recent pioneers put on sweet scented diadems and held a ritual burning of man of straw. Than people jumped ower the fair, made wishes,  sang songs and danced in a ring.
Finally the girls put their diadems in the river with a hope to find a fiancé.
